LIVFLO CLEAN TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LivFlo Clean website, platform, and services.
By using LivFlo Clean, you agree to these Terms.
LivFlo Clean ("LivFlo", "we", "our", or "us") provides a technology platform that connects clients with independent cleaning professionals. LivFlo does not perform cleaning services and does not employ cleaners.
1. PLATFORM SERVICES
LivFlo Clean is a technology marketplace platform that facilitates scheduling and payment processing between customers and independent service providers. Cleaning services are performed by independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of LivFlo Clean. LivFlo Clean does not supervise, control, or direct the work performed by service providers.
2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP
All cleaning professionals using the LivFlo platform are independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating:
• an employer-employee relationship
• a partnership
• a joint venture
Cleaning providers are solely responsible for:
• their own taxes
• insurance
• licensing
• compliance with laws
LivFlo Clean does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by independent contractors.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate service details
• Provide safe access to the property
• Secure pets
• Disclose hazards
• Remove valuable or fragile items
Customers must ensure the environment is safe for service providers. Cleaners may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
4. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property.
If cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival:
• The appointment may be canceled
• The full service fee may still apply
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
By booking a service, you authorize LivFlo Clean to charge your payment method for:
• completed services
• cancellation fees
• late change fees
• additional services requested on-site
Failure of payment may result in suspension of platform access.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Late cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee. If a cleaner arrives and cannot complete the job due to property conditions, the appointment may be considered completed and charged.
7. SATISFACTION POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, you must notify LivFlo Clean within 24 hours of the service.
LivFlo may offer:
• a re-clean
• partial credit
Refunds are issued at LivFlo's discretion.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
LivFlo Clean shall not be liable for:
• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• consequential damages
• lost profits
• emotional distress
• property damage caused by third-party service providers
LivFlo Clean's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
9. PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY
Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Claims must include:
• photos of the damage
• description of the incident
LivFlo Clean reserves the right to investigate claims.
LivFlo Clean is not responsible for:
• pre-existing damage
• improperly installed fixtures
• loose carpet or flooring
• delicate or fragile items not disclosed
• normal wear and tear
10. PROHIBITED TASKS
Cleaning professionals are not required to perform tasks that involve:
• biohazards
• mold remediation
• bodily fluids
• hazardous chemicals
• pest infestations
• structural repairs
11. FURNITURE MOVING POLICY
Cleaning professionals will not move furniture heavier than 25 pounds.
LivFlo Clean is not responsible for damage caused by moving furniture.
12. FRAGILE ITEMS
Customers must disclose fragile or valuable items.
LivFlo Clean is not responsible for damage to items that:
• are fragile
• are improperly secured
• were not disclosed prior to service
13. SURVEILLANCE DISCLOSURE
Customers must disclose any interior surveillance cameras.
Cameras are prohibited in private areas such as:
• bathrooms
• bedrooms used for changing
Failure to disclose surveillance devices may result in service cancellation.
14. THEFT CLAIMS
LivFlo Clean takes theft allegations seriously.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours.
LivFlo Clean is not responsible for theft claims without credible evidence.
LivFlo Clean is not responsible for loss of:
• cash
• jewelry
• valuables
• small personal items
Customers should secure valuables prior to service.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
LivFlo Clean shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by:
• weather events
• natural disasters
• power outages
• transportation disruptions
• acts beyond reasonable control
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Utah.
Customers waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
