LivFlo Clean (“LivFlo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to livfloclean.com and any related booking, communication, or service experience we provide.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly and a small amount automatically when you visit the site.
You give us
- Booking details: name, service address, email, phone, square footage, number of rooms, vehicle details (for auto detailing), preferred date and time, payment information (processed by our booking provider).
- Contact and quote requests: name, email, phone, message content.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, work history, resume, references, and any information you choose to share with us through our careers form.
- Account access for crew members: if you join our roster, additional onboarding information including tax forms, insurance verification, and background-check consent.
Collected automatically
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is standard server log information used for security and to understand how the site is performing.
- Cookies: we currently use only essential cookies required to keep the site functioning. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and notify visitors before doing so.
2. How we use your information
- Schedule, deliver, and follow up on your service appointments.
- Send confirmations, reminders, receipts, and service-related messages.
- Answer your questions and respond to quote requests.
- Process payments through our booking provider.
- Review job applications and contact applicants.
- Improve our services, train our roster, and resolve disputes.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with parties that help us run the business:
- Booking and payments: Launch27 (booking platform) and its payment processors handle scheduling and card transactions.
- Form submissions: Formspree delivers careers form submissions to our team inbox.
- Email: Microsoft 365 (Outlook) hosts our business email.
- Independent contractor crew members: the cleaner or detailer assigned to your job receives the information they need to complete the service (your name, address, scope of service, access notes, contact details).
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LivFlo, our crew, or our customers.
- Business transfers: if LivFlo is sold, merged, or restructured, customer information may transfer to the successor entity. You will be notified.
4. How long we keep your information
We keep booking and customer records as long as you are an active client and for up to seven years after your last service for tax, legal, and accounting purposes. Job applicant information is retained for up to two years unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Marketing-related data (e.g., contact form submissions) is kept for up to three years.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you.
- Request a copy of your information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us).
Utah residents have specific rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email hello@livfloclean.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
6. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payment processing happens through PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection but we do our best and respond promptly if we suspect a breach.
8. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites (such as our booking platform or social media). Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy of sites we do not control.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; if you have an active booking with us, we may also email you.
