Do you clean both inside and outside?
Yes — the Inside & Out package covers both, plus screens and tracks. Exterior-only and interior-only packages are also available if you need a quick refresh between full cleanings.
Can you remove hard-water stains?
Yes — add the hard-water spot treatment upgrade at checkout. We use a non-abrasive mineral-removal compound and can finish with a hydrophobic sealant that slows re-deposit and makes future cleanings easier.
Do you do skylights and high windows?
We service skylights and second-story exterior windows up to 25 ft using extension water-fed poles — no ladders required. Anything higher (3rd+ story atriums, commercial-scale glass) requires a custom quote.
Will the streak-free guarantee really hold up?
Yes. If you spot streaks within 48 hours of service, we come back free of charge. Pure-water rinse plus microfiber edge pass eliminates virtually all visible streaking.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For homes in the Salt Lake City area we recommend twice-yearly — once in late spring after pollen season, once in early fall before snow. Quarterly is ideal for homes near construction or with heavy tree cover.
