Welcome. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of livfloclean.com and any related pages, forms, or communications operated by LivFlo Clean (“LivFlo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
The terms that govern the cleaning, detailing, or window service itself — cancellations, satisfaction guarantee, what is and isn’t included, damage liability — are covered separately in our Service Terms. Please read both.
1. Who we are
LivFlo Clean is a Utah-based cleaning, auto detailing, and window cleaning company serving Weber, Morgan, Davis, and Salt Lake counties. Our cleaners and detailers are independent, hand-picked, trained, and fully insured contractors on our roster.
2. Using this website
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others.
- Submit false information through any form.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related system.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, scrape it at scale, or copy substantial portions for a competing service.
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
We may suspend or block access for any account or visitor that violates these Terms.
3. Booking and payment
Bookings are placed through our scheduling provider, Launch27. By placing a booking you confirm that:
- You are 18 or older and authorized to request services at the address provided.
- The information you submit (address, square footage, scope, contact, payment) is accurate.
- You authorize the payment method on file to be charged for the service amount, applicable taxes, tips, and any agreed add-ons.
Pricing displayed at checkout is the price you pay, unless the home or vehicle is materially different from what was booked (e.g. larger square footage, additional rooms, heavy soil, hoarding-level conditions). In those cases we will contact you to discuss and approve any adjustment before continuing.

4. Promotional offers and discounts
Promotional discounts (including the “up to 40% off recurring services” offer) apply to qualifying recurring bookings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Discounts are calculated against our standard rate at the time of booking and may change with notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless we explicitly say so. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by Utah law.
5. Communication consent
By booking a service or submitting a form, you agree to receive service-related communications by email, text message, and phone (appointment confirmations, reminders, change notifications, post-service follow-up). Standard message rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting service-related messages required to deliver your booking.
6. Intellectual property
The LivFlo name, logo, photos, copy, and visual design are owned by LivFlo Clean and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Reviews and testimonials you voluntarily submit may be reprinted by us with attribution; let us know if you’d prefer otherwise.
7. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Photos are representative and may not depict the exact crew or equipment used at your service. Service descriptions on the site are summaries; the controlling document for the service itself is our Service Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, LivFlo and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Liability for the actual cleaning, detailing, or window service is governed by our Service Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LivFlo, its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) information you submit that is false or infringes someone’s rights, or (c) your misuse of the site.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing any claim, you agree to email us first at hello@livfloclean.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the site or book services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
